Information we collect
When you download a resource, subscribe to our newsletter, or send us a message through the contact form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
Website analytics
We count visits to this site with our own simple, privacy-friendly analytics: which pages are viewed, how long they stay on screen, how far down a page you scroll, whether you start or finish one of our forms, the website or search engine that sent you here, your device type, and your country. We do not use cookies or advertising trackers, and we do not store your IP address. Visits are grouped under an anonymous code that changes every day, and the information needed to recreate that code is deleted shortly after the day ends, so we do not follow visitors from one day to the next. We use this information only in aggregate to improve the site, never sell or share it, and delete it after 25 months.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Deliver the resources you request
- Send you occasional emails about exit planning ideas and resources
- Respond to your questions and messages
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except for the service providers we use to operate this site (email delivery and data storage).
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may also request that we delete your information at any time by emailing rod@magnumoc.com.
